Based on the paintings of Fi Douglas, the owner of Bluebellgray, this stunning floral rug is sure to captivate and delight. A contemporary version of the traditional floral style, its design comprises a vivid burst of abstract flowers in bright hues of blue, pink and green. The effervescent pattern has been woven using silk-like viscose yarns, adding lustrous highlights and a smooth, velvety texture. This rug has been handtufted from pure new wool with touches of viscose, to create a luxuriously dense loop pile that is soft underfoot. Wool rugs are highly durable and hard-wearing, quickly recovering their shape after furniture compression, making them ideal for rooms with heavy furniture such as bedrooms and living rooms. A natural wax coating ensures that the pile is highly stain resistant, ensuring that the bright design will stay clean for longer periods of time with minimal upkeep.
