Retail Manager Job Description
A full-time retail manager is required for our busy showroom in Douglas, Cork. The successful candidate will be expected to offer excellent customer service, be passionate about their role and have a flair for interiors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Retail Manager is responsible for the store's overall commercial success.
- Day to day management of the store
- Liaising with customers and offering a very high standard of customer service
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
Skills and Specifications:
- 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in homewares
- Excellent customer service
- Target Oriented
- High IT proficiency
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and motivational skills
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a keen interest in Interiors
