We're very sorry that you no longer wish to continue with your order. You have 14 days from the time of ordering to cancel or withdraw your order. If you would like to exercise your EU right to cancel, please fill out the form below and we will be happy to help with your request.

Once we receive your request, we'll review your order status and will be in touch.

Important Information

If your order has already been processed, we will do our best to cancel it before it is shipped.

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, a return will be necessary. Return shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We cannot offer cancellations of any kind on any custom made or made to measure rugs once production has begun.
