Delivery within Ireland & Northern Ireland

We are an Irish owned and operated company, therefore there are no customs charges unless you are ordering from outside the EU. As soon as your order is out for delivery you will receive an email with tracking information. Different brands have different lead times, ranging from 1-2 days to 2-3 weeks. Please contact us for an exact lead time for your order. All of the rugs in our store are available for 1-2 day delivery, including The Home Collection. Asiatic rugs currently take 2-3 weeks for delivery. However, on the rare occasion that your rug is out of stock, please allow a maximum of 6-8 weeks for delivery. This will be visible on the product page before you order along with an estimated delivery wait time. Delivery is free on orders in Ireland & Northern Ireland. We endeavour to ship all of our orders by the quickest route and will send a tracking number for each order once it becomes available. Please note, if you ordered multiple items, each rug may arrive separately.

Next Day Delivery within Ireland & Northern Ireland

Next day delivery can be available for some items if ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday. Shipments are sent directly from our shop in Douglas, Cork, where delivery typically takes 1-2 working days via DHL, provided there are no issues with the item in transit. Please contact us to check availability before ordering to confirm availability for next day delivery.

International Delivery

International deliveries usually take 7-10 working days. However, on the rare occasion that your rug is out of stock, please allow a maximum of 6-8 weeks for delivery. Delivery is charged at the standard DHL daily rate on all international deliveries. Please note that this will be visible at checkout. We endeavour to ship all of our orders by the quickest route and will send a tracking number for each order once it becomes available. 

Made to Measure Rug Delivery

Custom size rugs are made to measure upon order. Delivery timelines are longer as this rug is being produced for you. Timelines vary slightly depending on the brand and production. Please find details by brand below:

Rug Returns Policy

We stand behind every item we sell and we want you to experience total satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may return it within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. In order to return the rug, please use the packaging you received it in and ensure it is re-sealed. 

Return to Store

You can return your rug to our store in Douglas, free of charge. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5:30pm. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase along with you for a full refund.

Courier Collection

If you cannot get to our store yourself, we can arrange for a courier to collect your rug and return it to us. The cost of this courier collection is covered by the customer and will depend on the size and weight of your rug. Simply fill in our Returns Form and we will organise a collection for you.

Alternatively, you can organise the return of the rug yourself to Rugs.ie, Unit 106, St Patrick's Woollen Mills, Douglas, Cork, Ireland, T12 XN73. We ask you to please still fill in our Returns Form if you are arranging postage yourself so that we know to expect & process your return. 

 

RETURNS FORM

Delivery of your rug must be accepted in order to arrange a return. Failure to accept the delivery of your rug will result in a €50 charge. In order for us to apply a refund to your account, the rug must be returned to us as new. Please make sure the rug is rewrapped in the original packaging and completely sealed. If the original packaging is damaged or there are tears, please double wrap the rug in refuse sacks or any spare plastic you have to hand. We will not be able to issue a refund if the rug is damaged in transit due to it being unwrapped or partially wrapped.

Custom Goods Return Policy

We cannot offer returns of any kind on any custom made or made to measure rugs. Non-refundable items include anything made in a custom size, colour or design. If you are unsure of your rug, please contact us before placing a custom order and we will assist you as much as we can in making sure you are choosing the right piece for your space.
