We are delighted to offer free delivery on all orders throughout Ireland and the UK.
We endeavour to ship all orders by the quickest route and will send a tracking number for each order as soon as it becomes available. If you order multiple items, each rug may arrive separately.
You will find current estimated despatch times for each rug displayed on its product page.
Please note that pre-order products have varied lead times, and we will contact you after placing the pre-order with the estimated lead time. Made to measure items have a longer lead time of 8-16 weeks as these rugs are custom made just for you.
For deliveries outside of Ireland & the UK, international delivery charges will be calculated and visible at checkout. Customs charges and duties may apply to orders placed outside of Ireland, UK & the EU and will be the responsibility of the customer.
